What currencies can I pay in?
Due to some regulations, we cannot receive or process in all currencies. If your local currency is not available, please select an alternate currency such as United States Dollars.
How much does it cost?
Your bank may charge you fees for transferring your funds to us.
How long will it take?
The funds transfer from your bank can take between 24 – 48 hours depending on where your bank is located and its correspondent banking relationships.

How much time do I have to make a payment?
Once you make an order for a payment, we make a corresponding order with our financial institution partners to lock in the most current rate for you. Accordingly, we require that you make your payment to us within 48 hours. If we do not receive your payment within 48 hours we may be required to cancel your payment or update your rate which may result in you being required to make a further payment subject to global foreign exchange movements.
Can I cancel a payment I have ordered?
Once you make an order for a payment, we make a corresponding order with our financial institution partners to lock in the most current rate for you. Accordingly, as a general rule we do not permit cancellations. However, if your circumstances have changed, please contact us and we may be able to arrange a cancellation subject to the payment of any fees we incur as a result.
When I pay in my local currency will my educational institution receive Australian Dollars / New Zealand Dollars?
Yes. Once we receive your payment, we will arrange for your educational institution to receive the correct amount in Australian Dollars or New Zealand Dollars depending on where they are located.
Why do I pay FX2School and not my educational institution?
We partner with educational institutions to receive payments on their behalf. Once we receive your payment, we then transfer it to your educational institution. By following this process, we make it easier for you to pay and easier for your educational institution to receive and reconcile payments from students just like yourself.
How do I know my educational institution has been paid?
You can track the progress of your payment on our website. We will also send you an email and/or SMS at each stage of your payment so that you can track its progress. You may also contact us with any queries using the contact form on our website.
What educational institutions can FX2School accept payments for?
We can accept payments for any educational institution in Australia or New Zealand.
How come FX2School is not listed as a payment method on my educational institution's website or invoice?
While we do run promotions with some educational institutions, we do not enter into agreements with educational institutions for the use of our services. By remaining independent of educational institutions, we can assure you that we are acting in your best interests as a student.
Even if we are not recommended or listed by an educational institution, we can process a payment from you to any educational institution in Australia or New Zealand.
My educational institution says they prefer payments through Western Union or another payment provider, can I still use FX2School?
Some educational institutions have entered into commercial arrangements with Western Union and other payment providers to process their international payments.
